View active logon sessions

1. Overview

This article shows you how to view and manage active logon sessions in Dundas BI.

2. View the list of sessions

To view the list of active logon sessions, first expand the Account Service section in the Admin screen.

For each active session, you can see the corresponding account name, IP address, and last activity time. You can also delete/terminate an active session (other than your own).

Select any session in the list and then click Details on the toolbar to see its details.

3. Sessions associated with an account

To see the list of active sessions associated with a specific user account, expand the Account Service section and click Accounts. Then edit the account you want.

In the Account Details dialog, scroll down and click Active logon sessions.

The sessions associated with the account are listed and you have the option to terminate (delete) a session.

4. Sessions associated with a group

To see the list of active sessions associated with a specific group, expand the Account Service section and click Groups. Then edit the group you want.

In the Group Details dialog, scroll down and click Active logon sessions.
