Dundas Dashboard: V1.1 features

The release of Dundas Dashboard v.1.1 (released Dec 22nd, 2009) introduces several landmark changes/features into the dashboard framework.  Among the more notable examples:

An improved user experience

The mouse cursor can now be changed based on interactions a user implements on the dashboard, such as drill downs and hover-overs. In addition, Dundas has expanded the wait indicators to give feedback throughout the application, providing a better user experience.

Additional data visualizations

Two exciting new data visualizations have been added. They include a robust tree map chart type (a fully customizable chart visualization that enables the use of nested rectangles to represent hierarchical data) as well as a novel concentric pie chart type (which allows you to show pie charts on top of each other, maximizing dashboard real estate).
