NativeStructureService.setHierarchySecurity Method
Updates the native structure hierarchy to enable or disable "security hierarchy".
Parameters

The ID of the native structure that contains the element.

The name of the hierarchy to change.
- securityAttributeId

Security attribute ID GUID.
