The ID of the session for which to create the token.
lifetime: Type: SystemTimeSpan
The amount of time for which the token should be valid.

The GUID representing the session token.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	sessionId is Empty.
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	lifetime is less than Zero.
NoPrivilegeException	The caller's session does not correspond to sessionId. -or- The caller does not have system administration privileges.
InvalidSessionException	The caller context is not associated with a valid session.
