Tooltip.arrowOffsetX Property

Distance in pixels to horizontally offset the tooltip from the tooltip arrow.

The horizontal tooltip arrow offset.
 

Remarks

This is used to point the tooltip at the desired part of the target while shifting the tooltip itself, for example when the tooltip would go past the edge of the window.
