ParameterRangeHierarchyPicker.isTokenMenuHidden Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether or not the token menu should be hidden. This property is a shortcut to setting tokenMenuVisibility directly. It will return true if tokenMenuVisibility is NONE; otherwise false.
