Sonatica Executive Dashboard
This executive dashboard demo involves a fictitious company called “Sonatica”, and displays financial, sales and support metrics. It is comprised of three digital dashboards, and its purpose is to improve executive management of the company.
The first dashboard is an overview and displays expenses, sales and financial metrics. The second concentrates on sales metrics, while the third dashboard involves support related data.
Sample Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Financial Metrics: Profit Margin (current and previous year), Expenses (current and previous year) and Revenue (current and previous year)
- Sales Metrics: Average Sales by Product, Quotes by Product, Sales Distribution by Country
- Support Metrics: Support Volume by Type, Monthly Support Expense Average
Interactivity:
- Tooltips are used to display extra information, relevant to what the mouse is over
- Hover-over previews are used to display extra information via charts (hold the mouse over a country in Sales Distribution, or hold the mouse over a column in Ticket Volume vs. Targets)
- Users can change date ranges in each of the three tabs
- Drill-down into specific product information by clicking on a pie chart in the Sales tab
- Drill-down into a Reporting Services report by clicking on one of the columns in Ticket Volume vs. Targets (in the Support tab)
