Designed as a handy and robust editing tool for Dundas Chart, Chart Builder v3.0 is an innovative way for non-technical users (e.g., senior managers and graphic artists, etc.) to create charts/templates and then pass the results along to their developers. 

Chart Builder is available within the Dundas Chart for ASP.NET and Windows Forms Enterprise installs and also available as a separate download. (But note: this isn't a standalone chart application, it's designed to create templates for Dundas Chart.)
